Safety and Security

Our Staff is Here to Help

At the Orpheum Theatre Group, we are committed to your safety and well-being. Our Front of House staff and volunteers are available throughout performances to monitor everyone’s safety and to assist in any way they can. If you feel uncomfortable at any time, please speak to one of our associates who will assist you.

Every event on the Orpheum Theatre Group campus is staffed and monitored by law enforcement officers and security personnel. Closed Circuit cameras are located throughout the campus and are actively monitored.

Upon Arrival

Security Screening and Arrival Guidelines

The Orpheum Theatre Group utilizes a walk-through threat detection system. In some cases, a secondary and more thorough search may be required. Prohibited items discovered during the screening process will not be allowed inside the venue; a list of prohibited items may be found above.

Patrons refusing the security screening will be denied entry. These security measures are in place to ensure that our guests enjoy the safest environment possible.

For the comfort and safety of all guests, larger items that may obstruct walkways or disrupt other patrons should be stored at coat check when you arrive. To make your visit more convenient, we recommend avoiding bringing large bags to the theater.

Exiting the Theatre

Avoid Crowding

At the end of a performance, please allow extra time to exit in an orderly fashion and avoid crowding. Our theaters have exits at the sides as well as the front. Once you have exited the theater, we ask that you promptly move away from the doors and immediate walkways to ensure others can exit without congestion.

Please note these additional guidelines
