Pre-paid parking in the MLGW garage is available exclusively to season ticket holders at a reduced price of $7 per pass. These season passes are not date/time specific, but may not be used during Memphis in May events. Parking spaces are not reserved — it is first come, first served.

Valet parking can be reserved in advance online with A+ Parking for $20.

Occasionally conflicting events at other downtown venues can make parking more difficult. We will make every attempt to inform you whenever we feel parking might be challenging.

Free parking after 5pm is available on many of the streets near the theatre. Some downtown restaurants offer free parking to Orpheum Theatre Group ticket holders who dine with them.

The deadline to renew season ticket packages if Friday, May 8, at 5pm.

The best way to renew your package is online through Account Manager.  If you need assistance from the box office, email seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com.

The staff of the Orpheum Theatre is working remotely, and the box office cannot accept incoming calls at this time.

If you request a call from a patron services representative, please note that it will likely appear as an Unknown or Blocked caller on your phone's ID as the representatives will be calling from their own private numbers, and response times may be slow due to a large volume of requests. We appreciate your patience as we help each patron as quickly and effectively as possible. Again, we recommend trying Account Manager before emailing.

After renewing your package, you will have the opportunity between May 18 and May 31 to upgrade or change your tickets to alternate seats or a different performance, based upon availability. You will be able to make your exchange online through Account Manager and view all available seats through the interactive seat map.

In order to keep from overloading the system, like last year, seat change opportunities will be staggered by seat location. Please check your email for your specific time period to make changes to your seats.

Availability may be limited for upgrades and seat changes. If you are unable to find the seats you're interested in on your regular night and have a flexible schedule, consider checking for those seats at an alternate performance.

There may also be a price difference if you are changing performances or upgrading to a different seating section.

After renewing your package, you will have an opportunity to swap one of the six regular shows – Escape to Margaritaville, Jesus Christ Superstar, Mean Girls, The Band's Visit, Hadestown, and HAMILTON – for one of the season’s optional shows, Disney's The Lion King or CATS.

The opportunity to swap a show will be June 1-4 and will be available online through Account Manager. You must renew your package to be eligible to exchange one show for another.

Your season package price will vary from the listed prices when you choose to swap a show, so please do not include Disney's The Lion King and CATS on your invoice payment unless you wish to add them to your package rather than swap them.

The swap-a-show option applies to only one regular show per season. Other types of trades between shows are not permitted.

If you cannot attend a performance or no longer wish to, you have the option to exchange your seats for another performance of the same production or to list your tickets for resale on Ticketmaster.com after the show has gone on sale to the public. Log into Account Manager and follow a few simple steps to take advantage of these benefits.

Season ticket holders will see HAMILTON during the first week of the production, July 13-18, 2021.

Dates and seats for HAMILTON can be viewed anytime online through Account Manager.

When you renew your package for the Orpheum’s 2020-2021 Broadway season, your package will include HAMILTON.

HAMILTON tickets will be included with your other show tickets when they become available for download in Account Manager.

In all likelihood, yes, season ticket holders will be able to purchase additional tickets. We do not yet know how many will be available before the public on-sale. We’ll share information via email as soon as it is available.

We hope to offer additional season ticket packages to subscribers but do not yet know about availability. We’ll share information via email as soon as it is available.

We should be able to accommodate subscriber ticket exchanges and ticket replacements, however, they may be restricted. We highly recommend marking your calendar now for the dates and times of every show in the season and maintaining the seats that you have reserved as a season ticket holder. Please note that with any exchange, when possible, we cannot guarantee that your assigned seats or an equivalent seat will be available. There may also be a price difference.

With the exception of HAMILTON, season ticket holders generally receive presale codes to buy additional seats about three days before tickets go on sale to the public. On rare occasions, there may be exceptions for certain productions.

On-sale dates for individual shows have not yet been determined. Tickets obtained from sources other than the Orpheum Theatre Box Office or Ticketmaster may be counterfeit or overpriced.

Availability for additional tickets will be limited and we cannot guarantee that you will find additional seats near your season tickets or for the same performance.

To ensure that you receive presale codes, on-sale dates, and other Broadway information, join our email club and personalize your message preferences.

If you find that you are unable to attend your regular performance of a show, you may exchange your season tickets for the best available seating to another performance of the same show, either online, in person, or by mail when the show goes on sale to the general public.

Please note: Subscriber ticket exchanges and ticket replacements may be restricted for HAMILTON. We highly recommend marking your calendar now for the dates and times of every show in the season and maintaining the seats that you have reserved as a season ticket holder.

Please note that with any exchange, when possible, we cannot guarantee that your assigned seats or an equivalent seat will be available. There may also be a price difference.

Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours before the performance date printed on your tickets. We are not able to make exchanges on the day of the performance or after the date printed on your tickets. We are not able to exchange lost tickets.

A $5.00 fee will be charged for exchanging your tickets more than once for the same show. There may be an additional amount due.

All patrons regardless of age will need a ticket.

If you do not plan for your child to use one of your season tickets, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for them in advance once tickets go on sale to the public.

Additional seats may not be available near your season ticket seats or for your season ticket performance.

What some parents believe is acceptable and appropriate for their children, others may find objectionable. We urge parents or guardians who plan on bringing children to research the production prior to ordering to decide what is appropriate based on personal family values and standards.

The most important benefit of being a subscriber is your same seat privilege. In fairness to other renewing season ticket holders we do not accept account transfers.

You are able to list your tickets for resale or forward to a friend by logging into Account Manager and following some simple steps.

Unfortunately we are unable to hold your seats without payment in full. When accounts are not paid in full by the deadline, seats are released without notice. Any returning season ticket holders would be considered as new accounts and seated with the best available locations at that time.

Splitting season accounts is allowed only if the current account holder makes this request in writing to our office before the renewal deadline. Complete address information for the parties involved must be included with their payment in full. Requests can be emailed to seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com.

Season tickets can be purchased by all patrons in the Mid-South region. The number of available season tickets may be limited and may change season to season.

Season tickets are not sold outside the Orpheum Theatre's region. If you would like to request an exception, please call the box office at 901-525-3000.

Payment plans are available and allow patrons to spread their season ticket cost across six months.

For those taking advantage of a season ticket payment plan, the first payment is due when purchasing your season tickets. The remaining payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each subsequent month.

If there are any changes regarding your card’s expiration date or account number, email the box office at seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com before your next payment is due. Failure to comply with the payment schedule could result in the cancellation of your season tickets.
