SUPPORTING THE COMMUNITY THROUGH ARTS EDUCATION

The Orpheum Theatre Group strives to inspire a lasting love of the arts in our community’s youth. Theatre stimulates the imagination and helps children develop skills that will benefit them into adulthood. Through both onstage performance and behind-the-scenes technical management, students explore their artistic and creative sides while strengthening their listening, observation, social, leadership, and cognition skills, which in turn motivates present-day students to become future practitioners, educators, and arts attendees. As any lover of the arts will tell you, these formative experiences often inspire a lifelong passion.

Explore all of the upcoming workshops, camps, teacher professional development, and classes coming up at the Halloran Centre and Orpheum.

Declaration of Action

We commit to engaging and collaborating with the people of the Mid-South through the transformative power of the arts.
