Many factors are considered when presenting a national tour such as availability, routing, and demand. We are anticipating a very popular response to Hamilton and we’re working with the show to ensure that as many people as possible will be able to attend Hamilton during its premiere engagement in Memphis.
Hamilton is the story of America’s Founding Father Alexander Hamilton, an immigrant from the West Indies who became George Washington’s right-hand man during the Revolutionary War and was the new nation’s first Treasury Secretary. Featuring a score that blends hip-hop, jazz, blues, rap, R&B and Broadway, Hamilton is the story of America then, as told by America now.
No, this will be a new cast but it will be produced with the same talent, attention to detail, and high quality as the Chicago, London, and Touring productions.
Season ticket holders will be seated for their regular performance day and time during the first week of Hamilton's run, July 9-14, 2019. For example, Saturday matinee season ticket holders will see Hamilton at 2pm on Saturday, July 13.
Subscriber ticket exchanges and ticket replacements may be restricted for Hamilton. We highly recommend marking your calendar now for the dates and times of every show in the season and maintaining the seats that you have reserved as a season ticket holder. Please note that with any exchange, when possible, we cannot guarantee that your assigned seats or an equivalent seat will be available. There may also be a price difference.
Your Hamilton tickets will be mailed and made available in your Account Manager portal closer to the performance dates in the summer of 2019. Rest assured that after renewing or purchasing a 2018-2019 season ticket package, your Hamilton tickets are secured.
With the exception of HAMILTON, season ticket holders will receive presale codes to buy additional seats about three days before tickets go on sale to the public.
All single tickets for HAMILTON will go on sale at the same time, and there will not be a pre-sale opportunity for HAMILTON. Like all patrons, season ticket holders may try to purchase single tickets at the public on-sale.
Due to a record number of season ticket holders, availability will be limited and we cannot guarantee that you will find additional seats near your season tickets or for the same performance.

If you find that you are unable to attend your regular performance of a show, you may exchange your season tickets for the best available seating to another performance of the same show, either in person, by mail, or online, once the show goes on sale to the general public.

Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours before the performance date printed on your tickets. We are not able to make exchanges on the day of the performance or after the date printed on your tickets. We are not able to exchange lost tickets.
A $5.00 fee will be charged for exchanging your tickets more than once for the same show. There may be an additional amount due.
Simply log in to your Account Manager portal using your email address and password and select the tickets you would like to exchange for another performance of the same show. There is a fee of $1.25 per ticket for this service. Your original tickets will no longer be valid.
Bring your tickets to the Orpheum Theatre Box Office at least 48 hours prior to the date printed on your tickets. You may exchange your tickets for advance performances at the Box Office window during intermission of other Broadway shows.

We must receive your tickets no later than 48 hours before the date printed on your tickets.
Provide the performance date and time you wish to attend. Provide the account name and the phone numbers by which you can be reached day and evening. Enclose a check or Mastercard/Visa number for the price difference, if any. The box office needs five business days in order to mail the tickets back to you. If time does not allow mailing, we will hold the tickets at the box office in your name.
You can post your tickets for resale anonymously via your Account Manager portal for other patrons to purchase on Ticketmaster.com.
Please note: Resale benefits may not be available for all shows. There will be no resale privileges available for HAMILTON tickets.
There is no fee for posting tickets. Go to your Account Manager and log in using your email address and password. You choose the selling price and sales deadline, and you’ll be kept in the loop via email notification. Restrictions may apply to maximum sales price.
Once posted for resale, your tickets will appear on Ticketmaster.com indicated by a pink icon with white circular arrows.
When your seats are purchased, the barcodes on your tickets are canceled and new ones are issued and delivered to the buyer. Please remember that your current tickets will no longer be valid once sold or transferred.
You will be paid via direct deposit by Ticketmaster in 7-10 days.
If your tickets do not sell before the expiration date you've set, you will be notified via email that your listing has been removed and that your original tickets are still valid for entry.
Seats can be posted for resale around the time of the single ticket public on-sale.

Login to your Account Manager portal to forward your tickets to someone else. The tickets you choose to forward will be emailed and can be printed on any standard printer. Your original tickets will no longer be valid. There is a fee of $1.95 for this service.
Trades or swaps are not permitted.
If you cannot attend a performance or no longer wish to, you have the option to exchange your seats for another performance of the same production or to list your tickets for resale on Ticketmaster.com.
Season ticket packages are purchased for specific performance days and times, and you must attend the performance that you purchased.
Please refer to your season ticket invoice or receipt to confirm your performance day and time. Your tickets will also reflect the day and time that you will attend a performance.
We will be unable to seat you or refund your tickets if you come to a different performance than the one listed on your tickets.

If you did not add these shows to your season ticket package and would like to attend, you will be able to purchase single tickets once they have gone on sale to the public.
Tickets for one show cannot be traded for another.
It is no longer possible to change your season ticket seats for the entirety of the 2018-2019 Broadway season.
Seats can be exchanged on a show-by-show basis, based on availability, around the date that single tickets go on sale for each show. Specific information about exchange opportunities will be emailed to season ticket holders as it becomes available.
Pre-paid parking is available exclusively to season ticket holders at a reduced price in the MLGW parking garage located at the corner of Front Street and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Boulevard, entrance on Front Street, at a reduced price of $7 per pass. These season passes are not date/time specific, but may not be used during Memphis in May events. Parking spaces are not reserved — it is first come, first served. Parking passes can be purchased online through your Account Manager portal or by calling 901-525-3000, Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm.
Valet parking is also available for $20 through A+ Parking for each Broadway show and can be reserved in advance at aplusparkingservices.com.

Mobile tickets can be managed through the Account Manager portal. Use your email address and password to log in, and your tickets will appear on the homepage.
Mobile ticket barcodes will be available to download one week prior to each show. Mobile tickets can also be added to your iPhone Wallet or Android device.
If you opted to receive mobile tickets, you will not receive printed tickets in the mail.

All patrons regardless of age will need a ticket.
If you do not plan for your child to use one of your season tickets, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for them in advance once tickets go on sale to the public.
Additional seats may not be available near your season ticket seats or for your season ticket performance.
The most important benefit of being a subscriber is your same seat privilege. In fairness to other renewing season ticket holders we do not accept account transfers.
Unfortunately we are unable to hold your seats without payment in full. When accounts are not paid in full by the deadline, seats are released without notice. Any returning season ticket holders would be considered as new accounts and seated with the best available locations at that time.
Splitting season accounts is allowed only if the current account holder makes this request in writing to our office before the renewal deadline. Complete address information for the parties involved must be included with their payment in full. Requests can be emailed to email@example.com.
Season tickets can be purchased by all patrons in the Mid-South region. The number of available season tickets may be limited and may change season to season.
Season tickets are not sold outside the Orpheum Theatre's region. If you would like request an exception, please call the box office at 901-525-3000.
For those taking advantage of a season ticket payment plan, the first payment is due when purchasing your season tickets. The remaining payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each subsequent month. If there are any changes regarding your card’s expiration date or account number, please contact the box office at 901-525-3000 before your next payment is due. Failure to comply with the payment schedule could result in cancellation of your season tickets.
Account Manager is the easiest way for season ticket holders to manage their packages! Season ticket holders can access Account Manager 24 hours a day through their mobile phone, computer, or tablet.
