No, this will be a new cast but it will be produced with the same talent, attention to detail, and high quality as the Chicago, London, and Touring productions.

Pre-paid parking in the MLGW garage is available exclusively to season ticket holders at a reduced price of $7 per pass. These season passes are not date/time specific, but may not be used during Memphis in May events. Parking spaces are not reserved — it is first come, first served.

Valet parking can be reserved in advance online with A+ Parking for $20.

Occasionally conflicting events at other downtown venues can make parking more difficult. We will make every attempt to inform you whenever we feel parking might be challenging.

Free parking after 5pm is available on many of the streets near the theatre. Some downtown restaurants offer free parking to Orpheum Theatre Group ticket holders who dine with them.

Season ticket holders who did not elect to exchange their seats will be seated for their regular performance day and time during the first week of HAMILTON's run, July 9-14, 2019. For example, Saturday matinee season ticket holders will see HAMILTON at 2pm on Saturday, July 13.

Season ticket holders were given the opportunity to exchange their HAMILTON tickets Feb. 27-28. No further exchanges can be made.

Dates and seats for HAMILTON can be viewed anytime online through Account Manager.

Your HAMILTON tickets have been mailed or made available for mobile download through Account Manager.

With the exception of HAMILTON, season ticket holders generally will receive presale codes to buy additional seats about three days before tickets go on sale to the public. On rare occasions, there may be exceptions for certain productions.

Season ticket holders who wish to purchase additional tickets to HAMILTON may try when they go on sale to the public. An on-sale date has not yet been set.

To ensure that you receive presale codes, on-sale dates, and other Broadway information, join our email club and personalize your message preferences.

With the exception of HAMILTON, if you find that you are unable to attend your regular performance of a show, you may exchange your season tickets for the best available seating to another performance of the same show, either online, in person, or by mail when the show goes on sale to the general public.

Season ticket holders were given the opportunity to exchange their HAMILTON tickets Feb. 27-28. No further exchanges can be made. Dates and seats for HAMILTON can be viewed anytime online through Account Manager.

When your seats are purchased, the barcodes on your tickets are canceled and new ones are issued and delivered to the buyer. Please remember that your current tickets will no longer be valid once sold or transferred.

You will be paid via direct deposit by Ticketmaster in 7-10 days.

If your tickets do not sell before the expiration date you've set, you will be notified via email that your listing has been removed and that your original tickets are still valid for entry.

Seats can be posted for resale around the time of the single ticket public on-sale.

Call 901-525-3000 for additional information.

Login to your Account Manager portal to forward your tickets to someone else. The tickets you choose to forward will be emailed and can be printed on any standard printer. Your original tickets will no longer be valid. There is a fee of $1.95 for this service.

Beginning with the 2019-2020 season, you will have the option to have your package automatically renew for subsequent seasons.

If you renew online through Account Manager, you’ll be able to select auto-renewal. You will also have the opportunity to request this benefit when renewing by phone.

Season ticket holders who choose to automatically renew their packages will be charged via their saved payment method when the renewal periods open for future seasons. Auto-renewing account holders will not receive an invoice but will be able to see their payment and related season shows and add-ons in Account Manager.

You can end auto-renewal by emailing seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com.

Trades or swaps are not permitted.

If you cannot attend a performance or no longer wish to, you have the option to exchange your seats for another performance of the same production or to list your tickets for resale on Ticketmaster.com. Exchange and resale privileges begin when a show goes on sale to the public.

Season ticket packages are purchased for specific performance days and times, and you must attend the performance that you purchased.

Please log in to Account Manager to confirm your performance day and time. Your tickets will also reflect the day and time that you will attend a performance.

We will be unable to seat you or refund your tickets if you come to a different performance than the one listed on your tickets.

If you have questions about what performance you will attend, call the box office at 901-525-3000 or email seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com.

If you know in advance that you will be unable to attend your regular performance, you are able to exchange your tickets for another performance of the same production. Exchanges can be made around the time tickets have gone on sale to the public, and season ticket holders will receive emailed information about these opportunities.

Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours before the performance date printed on your tickets. We are not able to make exchanges on the day of the performance or after the date printed on your tickets. We are not able to exchange lost tickets.

Season ticket holders will be seated for Aladdin during the first week of the engagement, Feb. 26 - March 1.

Tuesday night season ticket holders will be seated on Tuesday, March 3, since there is no Tuesday performance in the first week (Feb. 25).

Season ticket packages for the 2019-2020 Broadway season include tickets to:

The following optional shows can be added to your package:

Please note, if you are a Sunday evening season ticket holder who would like to add The Book of Mormon, or a Tuesday season ticket holder who would like to add The Play That Goes Wrong, you will be notified after the season ticket renewal deadline with an opportunity to choose another performance of this production.

You will also have the opportunity to swap one of the six regular shows for one of the optional shows after the renewal deadline on March 25 but before the public on-sale and will be available online and by phone. You must renew your package to be eligible to exchange one show or another. You will be notified by email when this opportunity becomes available.

If you typically attend Tuesday or Sunday evening performances as a season ticket holder and select one or both of the optional shows for your package, you will choose an alternate performance for these productions. Please note that we cannot guarantee your same seats if you need to choose an alternate performance.

Tickets for one show cannot be traded for additional tickets to another.

* Please note, there is no performance of Disney’s Aladdin on Tuesday, Feb. 25. Tuesday night season ticket holders will be seated on March 3. All other season ticket holders will attend their regular performance time during the first week of the show, Feb. 26 - March 1.

Due to routing issues, the two optional seasons shows have seven performances rather than eight: The Book of Mormon (no Sunday evening performance) and The Play That Goes Wrong (no Tuesday performance).

If you typically attend Tuesday or Sunday evening performance as a season ticket holder and select one or both of these shows for your package, you will choose a different performance for your package. Please note that we cannot guarantee your same seats will be available.

Due to routing issues, The Play That Goes Wrong is only able to play seven performances. Because of the shorter schedule, the show is available as an option rather than a required show in the season package.

For the 2018-2019 season, seats can be exchanged on a show-by-show basis, based on availability. Specific information about exchange opportunities will be emailed to season ticket holders as it becomes available. Season ticket holders had the opportunity to exchange their tickets to Hamilton Feb. 27-28, 2019.

If you would like to request a seat change, upgrade or add season tickets for the 2019-2020 season, you will have the opportunity to make those changes through Account Manager. • Gold Circle: April 3-4, 2019
  • Premium Orchestra: April 5-8, 2019
  • All Other Sections: April 9-12, 2019

You must have renewed your package before seat changes or additions can be considered. Information about exchanges, additional seats and upgrades will be emailed on April 1 and again before a section's upgrade period.

All patrons regardless of age will need a ticket.

If you do not plan for your child to use one of your season tickets, you will need to purchase an additional ticket for them in advance once tickets go on sale to the public.

Additional seats may not be available near your season ticket seats or for your season ticket performance.

What some parents believe is acceptable and appropriate for their children, others may find objectionable. We urge parents or guardians who plan on bringing children to research the production prior to ordering to decide what is appropriate based on personal family values and standards.

The most important benefit of being a subscriber is your same seat privilege. In fairness to other renewing season ticket holders we do not accept account transfers.

You are able to list your tickets for resale or forward to a friend by logging into Account Manager and following some simple steps.

Unfortunately we are unable to hold your seats without payment in full. When accounts are not paid in full by the deadline, seats are released without notice. Any returning season ticket holders would be considered as new accounts and seated with the best available locations at that time.

Splitting season accounts is allowed only if the current account holder makes this request in writing to our office before the renewal deadline. Complete address information for the parties involved must be included with their payment in full. Requests can be emailed to seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com.

Season tickets can be purchased by all patrons in the Mid-South region. The number of available season tickets may be limited and may change season to season.

Season tickets are not sold outside the Orpheum Theatre's region. If you would like to request an exception, please call the box office at 901-525-3000.

Payment plans are available and allow patrons to spread their season ticket cost across six months.

For those taking advantage of a season ticket payment plan, the first payment is due when purchasing your season tickets. The remaining payments will be automatically charged on the same day of each subsequent month.

If there are any changes regarding your card’s expiration date or account number, please contact the box office at 901-525-3000 before your next payment is due. Failure to comply with the payment schedule could result in cancellation of your season tickets.
