Season Ticket Holders can purchase discounted, prepaid parking from two garages located within steps of the Orpheum Theatre.

Some shows allow you to forward or re-sell your tickets online. Season Ticket Holders can also exchange tickets for another performance of the show.

Season tickets can be purchased by all patrons in the Mid-South region. The number of available season tickets may be limited and may change season to season.
Season tickets are not sold outside the Orpheum Theatre Group’s region. If you would like to request an exception, please call the box office at 901-525-3000.
Yes. There is a 6-month payment plan option for Season Tickets. Payments will be divided into 6 monthly payments that will be charged on the same day each month from the time you sign up.
No. Season ticket packages are purchased for specific performance days and times, and you must attend the performance that you purchased. For multi-week engagements, Season Ticket Holders will see the show in the first week as a general rule.
Yes, if you find that you are unable to attend your regular performance of a show, you may exchange your season tickets for the best available seating to another performance of the same show or donate the value of your ticket to the Orpheum Theatre Group.
Exchanges are available online, in person, or by mail once tickets are on sale to the general public. Please note the following:
- Exchanges must be completed no later than 48 hours before the performance on your ticket. We are not able to make exchanges on the day of the performance or after the date printed on your tickets.
- A $5 fee applies for exchanging your tickets more than once for the same show.
- Online exchanges incur a $1.25 per ticket fee (not available via mobile).
- We are not able to exchange lost tickets.
- We cannot guarantee that your assigned seats or an equivalent seat will be available when you exchange. There may also be a price difference, and an additional amount may be due.
If you cannot make a performance and would prefer to donate the value of your tickets to the Orpheum Theatre Group as a tax-deductible gift, email seasontickets@orpheum-memphis.com. A tax receipt will be provided for your donation. Once your tickets are donated, your original tickets will no longer be valid. A tax receipt will be provided for your donation.
We are unable to hold your seats without payment. When accounts are not paid either in full or through a payment plan by the deadline, seats are released without notice. Any returning Season Ticket Holders would be considered as new accounts and seated with the best available locations at that time.
