Using active games and creative exercises, students in 5th-12th grade will learn the principles of writing and storytelling through a unique improvisational lens. Starting with improvisational games and exercises, students will build their confidence in storytelling before tackling their own short plays and monologues. This field trip builds confidence, fosters imagination, and frees the inhibitions of even the most hesitant young writer.
Each educator can register between 14 and 30 students for a field trip. If you have fewer than 14 students that you would like to bring, you will need to pay the equivalent of 14 students to attend.
