Ballet Memphis has announced the cancellation of several programs, including its performances of Cinderella at the Orpheum on April 18-19. The Ballet has issued the following statement:
"The health and safety of Ballet Memphis dancers, students, families and staff is our utmost concern. In response to health officials’ recommendations to mitigate the community spread of COVID-19 (coronavirus), Ballet Memphis remains closed beginning Wednesday, March 18th until further notice and continue to monitor the situation closely. This includes the following: Cinderella performances and supporting events have been canceled."
If you purchased through Ticketmaster or the Orpheum box office, all credit card purchases will be automatically refunded within 5 business days. Refunds should post to your account within 7 business days, and exact timing varies by bank or credit card provider.
If you purchased through Ballet Memphis, a Ballet representative will contact you with refund information.
